Thank you so much for ordering a Gift of Hope. We'll start preparing your certificate and get it to you or your loved one as soon as possible.
What happens now?
Certificates and cards will be sent over the next two working days, but you'll receive a confirmation email immediately to confirm your purchase.
Depending on your preference, certificates will either be emailed to you as a PDF or posted to your address. If you've asked us to send it directly to your friend or loved one, we'll either email them a PDF or pop a certificate and card in the post.
Please check your junk boxes, and allow us a few days to get things ready after you've placed your order. We're just a small team, preparing your gifts lovingly by hand, but we'll be as quick as we can!
